Took about 20 minutes to install. You need to drill 4 holes in the plastic of the tailgate. I've had probably 8-10 different Tuffy products in different cars over the years, this is by far the least reliable. There are only 3 welds on the top two pieces, so dust and water just flow in. It rattles so much I'm considering sending it back. On the positive side, I got a lockable safe for JL. That is perhaps the only plus. I wish Taffy would do more research and development in this direction.
