Review on eTrak by Darius Carraway

It has been great to be able use this software in our organization without having an IT person or developer, it's very intuitive! I wish there was more information available about how things work so we can troubleshoot issues ourselves with less help from support staff - but as long you're willing/able learn new ways everything works well enough once set up properly (which takes some time!) The benefits are being self sufficient which helps us save money over hiring someone fulltime who would have additional overhead costs outside their normal job duties compared when working within existing budget constraints.
