Super after 1 day so far. Use it with Verizon's LG VL600 as your main rural Internet source without cable or DSL. I was using a laptop with a shared internet connection connected to my router. But then the laptop had to be connected to the router 24/7. So far I've gotten slightly faster D/L speeds on Cradlepoint than a laptop running Verizon's Access Manager, up to 212kbps when connected to 3G, I've never driven around 180k. Our home is out of range of 4G promotions. Can't comment on the built in wireless, I disabled it as I already have an N wireless with a GB wired connection so I mostly use it for the USB modem to ethernet adapter. It only took about 2 minutes to set up and configure, but remember it's easier to write down your default password on the bottom before plugging in and plugging in. Update: I've had it for a week now, it's not great. I have to restart it once a day or more, the internet cuts out completely, but according to the router it works fine. The only way to get it working is to disable it or reload it from the controls page. When I had the same modem on my laptop it worked fine, never lost connection and never had to reboot.
