The plastic part is useless
Sturdy D-ring but the workmanship isn't perfect and the plastic part to stop the rattle won't be on it for long. I assume that I will sprinkle on the first drive on the freeway. because this part is so free, it's not even worth attaching. Fragile plastic that doesn't fit in the D-ring like other anti-rattles I've had in the past where you had to strain to get it on this piece or just float on it.
