Since 2022, my family has used three different sizes of Continental Premium Contact 6 tires on three different crossovers. The sizes of the tires are 235/60/18, 235/55/18, and 235/55/17. Based on this experience, I am able to say with certainty that the rubber is suitable for use on asphalt. It is nice and comfortable to move on it, both on dry and wet roads, both in the city and on the highway on a long trip, everything is confident and predictable, and there are no surprises. Has some pros: Exceptionally low noise levels, together with a plush and comfortable texture. Excellent traction and stopping power, regardless of whether the road surface is dry or wet. Despite the fact that the rubber compound is on the softer side, the wear resistance is surprisingly good. Cons: It has a thin sidewall, which does not always mean that hernias are easy to form, but you should still be prepared for the possibility of having one in principle.
