I like how easy it was to set everything out for my family in such an organized way! There are some things we didn't realize were important until after they had already been entered - but no problem at all; just edit as needed later if you have time before your loved one's funeral or burial service (in case something comes back wrong). The ability of having so much information accessible from anywhere with internet access has also saved me countless hours searching elsewhere looking through old files when trying find answers about our deceased relative/client who passed away recently etc.:).
