I recently installed about 175 of these screws and they work great. I started drilling my holes with a slightly worn SDS bit in my masonry drill. I broke the SDS bit after about 125 holes so I switched to the new bit (included) in a different shot. After that, the screws began to work much softer. I would recommend getting a new nozzle right away and making it easier on yourself. I used a Makita 18V impact wrench with a 5/16" hex bit to drive these bolts. it worked.
