Worked great for small tamales.
These things work fantastic and do exactly what they are supposed to do. My wife and I had to make 300 tamales for our son's soccer team and when we made them by hand it took forever and the hardest part was always spreading out the masa. I bought these to help us and they did a great job, they're just not as wide as most bowls so the tamales come out smaller than the local vendor's. However, when using them, the job was done much faster.
