Review on Plumb Pak PP28006 Dishwasher Adapter by Jack Collins

My favorite fiancé who I will love forever no matter what, the adapter that came with our Haier portable washing machine (we have a 1.5 cu ft model) was lost, so have I ordered this one. In the past, when we wanted to do laundry, we unscrewed our regular faucet aerator and snapped on the Haier adapter and screwed the regular back on when it was done. I was really looking forward to using this and leaving it on all the time. Unfortunately, something leaked when I put it on. The only combination I could find to stop the leak was to remove the screen and plastic aerator parts and add a washer from our regular faucet aerator. Then everything goes well AND the washing goes faster because nothing impedes the flow of water. It's still flowing, but only falling. Of course I still have to switch back when I'm done. We recently had an SPT tabletop dishwasher that came with its own adapter. However, when I tried to connect it to this adapter, it immediately crashed (scared me to death) when I turned on the faucet, as another commenter noted. So I'm between 2 and 3 stars. It works with some modifications but I paid almost $13 plus shipping for something that doesn't even do what I want it to or what it's advertised to do.
