A Very Disappointing Experience with JISTL; They Have Horrible Quality Control and Customer Service

Unfortunately, my time spent with JISTL did not live up to my expectations in any way. In spite of their assertions that they provide outstanding customer support and are committed to quality, I discovered the exact opposite to be the case. To begin, there were problems with the condition of the products that were sent to me. It was disheartening to find several things broken or flawed upon arrival of the order. When I attempted to get assistance from customer service, I found that the procedure was aggravating and didn't provide me with any useful information. Not only did it take a very long time to receive a reaction, but the representatives who were supposed to assist me were unprofessional and showed no interest in doing so. It gave the impression that they did not care about my problems or whether or not I was satisfied as a customer. In addition, the product selection was not as comprehensive as I had anticipated it would be. Even though they have a good selection of beauty and personal care products, there are other companies out there that provide a much broader variety of options to choose from. My time spent with JISTL was, on the whole, a frustrating experience. My feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction are a direct result of their subpar customer service and product control. Despite the possibility that they sell some quality items, I am unable to endorse this business on the basis of my personal experiences.
