First of all this is a well made and for the most part well designed juicer. My only real design issues are the funnel shape and height from the counter. The shape of the funnel has a small rim, which makes the funnel retain the juice that drips onto the counter when you take it out. Why not just hit the glass right? Second, the height of the funnel from the counter. It appears to be adjustable, but there is only one screw hole for funnel height. Because of this, I have to pour juice into one glass and drink from another. I wish it could be adjusted somehow to allow a taller glass to be placed underneath. I also took a star off the strength rating because lifting the handle can cause a tipping problem if you don't help by holding the base. If I was juicing a few citrus fruits a day and needed a serious manual juicer, this could be it. Working components can be disassembled for easy cleaning, which is very nice. And it will clean the lemon completely, which is why I bought it as an upgrade from my current manual juicer that I use. However, the resulting extra juice made me decide it wasn't worth the extra cost and that I would stick with my manual juicer instead. Maybe it's my raw power in a manual hand juicer that makes it so good for me. With this juicer, combined with the constant presence of this juicer on my counter or in my cabinets, it's making a comeback.
