I liked how heavy it is, didn't expect that. Be careful not to use thick-skinned oranges, as this makes them harder to juice (e.g., sea oranges). I also have an electric juicer, so if I were comparing a manual versus an electric I'd say you squeeze more juice out of a manual juicer, but not by much. It is easy to use and clean. If you put the cup away, it will still drip, so it's a good idea to place a rag or paper towel under the cup. In general, they are a pleasure to use. I'm a gadget lover.

Maybe I'm missing something and if so I'll correct my review. However, the vessel you use for the juice needs to be fairly small for this to work. A 1-cup Pyrex fits underneath to catch the juice, but don't expect to use a standard sized glass. The shape of the funnel has a small rim, which makes the funnel retain the juice that drips onto the counter when you take it out. Why not just hit the glass right?
