The package arrived this afternoon and I used the juicer for the first time. The packaging speaks volumes about the quality of the product. I ordered the white model and it looks great. As soon as I took the device out of the box, I felt its solid construction and durability. The stable base and rubber feet ensure excellent stability during use. I made a glass of orange juice and this device worked as advertised. It's definitely worth the price. The pen work was firm but effective. I recommend slowly pulling the handle with constant pressure until it's fully compressed (this will prevent the juice from splashing). The parts are made of stainless steel and are easy to clean. I could put them in the dishwasher, but turns out they're just as easy to wash in the sink under the tap. It held up perfectly under my cabinets on the counter. I'm so glad I chose this product over other professional juicers. I read some reviews of other professional products that looked great, but it was often mentioned that the device is not stable during pen operation. This does NOT apply to this product. If you are looking for a professional juicer - this is what you need!
