I like how easy this system is for my customer service team, they are able to see everything about each ticket in one place which makes their job easier. It also helps with time management because we can easily add new tickets or check on what's currently open/closed without having to look through our email or chat logs. The only thing I don't really love is sometimes when there are multiple people working on an issue you cannot tell who closed it so it could potentially get lost if someone else opens the same ticket later. This has never happened but just something to keep in mind. Customer Service department at work using this tool and it works great! It gives us all of the information we need right from one screen making things much more efficient.
