Review on 🔋 Powerextra 3.8Ah 14.4V Replacement Battery for Roomba R3 500-900 Series by Carlos Reyes

This is the fourth time I have bought this particular battery and this is the first time I have encountered a problem. As you can see from the photos, the battery poles are different. The battery with the green insert is newer. Aside from the different configuration, the newer drive on the left is partially obscured by a black finish and is not properly installed. I will never buy products from this company again. When I contacted Revain support they in turn contacted Powerextra and they told me to contact iRobot. There's nothing wrong with Roomba or Home Base, which I've tested by swapping out one Roomba for another. In any case, there is a change of manufacturer, Chinese manufacturers. You lost a customer.
