An excellent tool which keeps track of your business efficiently
The best feature for me was being able see all my patients in one place, easily accessible by phone or email without having them come into clinic! It made scheduling very easy since I had everything available online allowing us less face times with each other (which helps prevent sickies). There were some glitches here & there but they seem like it will be fixed soon so we are excited about new updates coming out!! Having this information has helped our office run more smoothly than before because now if someone calls late after hours she knows where everyone else might have been during her call vs finding people individually when not sure what happened last week etc.. I like that it allows for easy viewing of patient information and allows for convenient access. I dislike that there are some features that are not available including patient payment options and scheduling. I have heard that they are working on those features but it has been a while. It is a convenient way to keep my patient information updated and organized. I also like that it allows me to have access to patient information from anywhere.
- This program keeps up to date records readily at hand which makes things much easier as far as making payments goes instead needing receipts/pockets full of slips.I liked how simple yet intuitive its user interface seemed especially compared too many webpages used elsewhere within healthcare today !
