, I have just returned from using this product. I found that wet sandpaper did the trick. If you have deep scratches, I can assure you that this product will not work. In fact, even the owner's manual suggests that you buy their "scratch pen" to fill in the deeper groove of the scratch. This Quixx does a good job of removing "paint residue from your car". That's all. In other words, you cannot remove "permanent" scratches. Here's what you'll get in the box: 1 repair tube, 1 finishing tube, 2 rags, 4 fine 3000 grit sandpaper and an instruction manual. Wet sandpaper trick? Well I basically removed more than half of the "scratches" with just sandpaper. Those weren't scratches at all, just paint residue from another car and paint on the wall.
