I bought a case for 4 Raspberry Pi from Geek Pi, it worked very well. I wanted a larger case for all my Raspberry Pi and Jetson Nano, I was excited to see this product and jumped when there were no reviews. Unfortunately, there seem to be too many quality control issues to list and they definitely aren't worth the price. Yes - Missing nuts and bolts - The acrylic plates that the Pi is meant to be mounted on are so brittle that the side plate broke. The long metal rods that must be fixed along the horizontal axis are very poorly threaded, making the assembly unstable. If you use other micro cards like the Jetson Nano, they will take up two slots. So keep that in mind when deciding how many usable cards you can fit in this case. This idea had great potential for Raspberry Pi cluster enthusiasts, but is difficult to recommend due to execution and lack of quality control.
