UPDATED Review!: Great lock, well made, all functions work. Warning: not rechargeable

Reviews were mixed but I bought the lock and was very happy with it. There are SO many ways to grant access to this lock and they all work well. My most common method is to just use the fingerprint reader (I programmed 2 per person (left thumb and right thumb). I found the reader to be very accurate. But all other access methods work fine. The only complaint I have is that it runs on 4 AA batteries and although I use batteries in it they can't be recharged while in the lock, the lock itself can't be easily recharged so it looks like I have to change the batteries about once a month replace and charge old ones. Not a big problem or show stopper but you would think they designed it to charge as long as it is not damaged other than I was very happy with the lock use that too Installation video it makes it easy Install 1 month update: I have this lock on my home office door so I use it several times a day Had no problems with it I have e also uploaded a video to show how it works with fingerprint and card input. You can also set the automatic timeout when the door lock turns off again from 5 to 60 seconds. Some Observations. The main method to access/open the lock is fingerprint. You can record up to 120 unique fingerprints. The accuracy is very high, approx. 95% opens on the 1st attempt. It's just as good, if not better than my phone. batteries. My limitation was that I figured I would have to change 4 AA batteries once a month. It was much longer. Batteries were at 86% when first installed. After 1 month of constant use, it dropped to 56%. At this rate, the batteries can safely operate for approximately 3 months without recharging. It is very good. All access methods work fine. Phone app, RFID card, fingerprint, key if needed (although the key is under lock and key so I look at the key as a last resort if the battery dies completely). I think it might work with Alexa too, but I've never tried it. The castle is also very well built. All metal components, housing and fittings. Nothing rattles, dangles or wobbles. Overall very happy with this lock, works very well, solid 5 stars!
