
Plenty of probes come in handy here. Have you ever had an "I want a steak, I'll have a chicken. How about a hamburger, please?" group? Ideal. This is the concept here and I've tried it with 3 sensors and it's a hoot. I could see the chicken was cooking slower than the burger so I pushed that aside and the steak, well there were two of them and one person wanted it to be well done and the other person wanted it to be medium. You can see where this is going. Great and you will learn a lot about how food is grilled by controlling the internal temperature. Funny, interesting and very practical. Smooth.
