Fits perfectly and assembles like the original. Stopped my truck's annoying squeaking. I installed it on a 2003 Ford F150 XLT V6 4.2L and recommend removing and installing it under the truck for easier access. This product does not include any gaskets or mounting screws, so make sure you keep these from the original. My spacers were (2) small o-rings that resided on the mounting bolt itself.
