I like everything about this software! You can customize it any way you want, add modules that are useful for companies of different sizes/types etc., support team has always been helpful & responsive with their services /support issues too!! The only thing i have found so far as an user who uses most often would be :- 1.) UI could look more organized in layouts2.). Documentation isn't very detailed sometimes3). Some features aren’t intuitively explained or easy enough when first going through them4.] Easy access control system5.- Very handy if they do updates then its easier than having employees go out searching parts themselves6.[ It makes sure we're compliant wth our industry standards7.* Makes management reports really simple8* Helps organization make informed decisions9*. Gives us peace mind knowing things will run smooth10.: Great platform11.; I like that it's easy to connect with other users and view what they are doing. You can do everything from one tool! It's super helpful when you have multiple people working on one project or task. There aren't many things that I dislike about this program. The training was very good and helpful. No complaints here. They also offer discounts for multiple licenses. We use this across our organization and love how it works together. This makes collaboration much easier and keeps everyone on the same page.
