Just add batteries!
All I had to do was grab some AA batteries and we were good to go! My little son somehow hid our original remote which looked exactly like this. We tried other remotes and none of them allowed us to get into the menu but this one allowed me to plug in my phone and plug it in! I should also mention that my son switched the TV to French and turned off the wifi. This remote was the perfect replacement!
