Security Feature I bought this steamer last week and used it to clean a customer's pillow. I forgot to fill it up completely with water so I turned it off to fill it up. The tank cap was not removed, and then it turned out that you cannot remove the cap until it cools down. I'm known for my lack of patience, so I'm really thankful that this feature exists so I don't do stupid things and burn myself.
