defective product. No permission.

Bought as a gift for my husband. The first time we used it, we put it on the stove with some heat to warm it up. CRACK! It looked like a shot. I was afraid we broke the glass top, but the pan itself broke on the rim. We called Lodge and the lady said it happens from time to time; she would email us the form. We never received it and have been trying to contact the lodge again ever since. I even filed a claim online and sent them pictures of the crack but no response. It's a shame because we love our other cast iron pans and were delighted with this piece.
