
The most important thing about this program was that it gave us all of our data in one place, allowing everyone to see where we are at with sales calls made as well as overall productivity (i know my boss could not believe i found out he missed 5% or more than half! And yes there were times of him asking me if I am having issues) We also use Averatech Connect which helps run reports from within grand avenue so again everything shows up right away without sending multiple emails back an forth. Everything works great but they have stopped adding features like tracking call time spent etc., its very difficult now getting work done because you cannot do some things anymore due changes by them such as emailing other people when their computer crashes or just being able too many errors during any activity causing your pc shut down unexpectedly etc.. Overall good tool once used.
