We are long-time lovers of wild recreation, but for the first time we went with children for a two-week trip to the Crimea and Hong Kong. We decided to take this toilet mostly because of the children (the age is already capricious) :)) In total, we drove 5000 km, got up to the parking lots 6 times, respectively, used this toilet at each parking lot, paired with a Second QUECHUA shower cabin. Were very satisfied! 5.5 people went :)) - three adults, two ten-year-old children and one three-year-old. For 2 weeks, 1.5 refuelings were enough for our train (we went home, the lower tank was half full). Used native Thetford fluids. Emptying is quite tolerable. There is no stench. You just feel the chemistry. I think for a summer residence - it's just perfect. And for travel - only if there is a place to carry it with you. We are towing a trailer. Recommendation from personal experience. Never use the toilet after a long period of inactivity without first depressurizing the lower tank. After a long period of inactivity, pressure is created in the lower tank (because it is sealed) (apparently from the process of fermentation of waste paired with chemistry), which must be relieved before the next use! This can be done either by slightly opening the neck of the descent, or by pressing the button on the lower tank.
