Review on 🔌 MEGEAR Level 1-2 EV Charger (100-240V, 16A) – Portable Electric Vehicle Charging Station for Home – NEMA6-20 with NEMA5-15 Adapter by Tim Thuss

I added a 240V 20A RCD to my electrical panel and installed a NEMA 6-20 outlet next to the panel in my garage. Very easy. I bought this charging cable for my 2019 BMW 530e as it only came with a 120v charging cable which took about 7 hours to charge my battery when it was dead. Since I installed this outlet and use this cord, it usually takes 3 hours or less. The cable materials appear to be of good quality (almost inferior to the OEM Delphi cable that came with the car). The J1772 connector fits into the vehicle the same as the OEM wiring connector. The Zencar cable is longer than the OEM cable. The wall mount and cord hook are a nice touch, but don't use the included drywall anchors as they're useless. Conclusion - the price is worth it!
