While easy to install they give you plenty of material to work with (depending on your window size of course) and they adhere well to the floor, there were a few questions. The biggest problem is that they have to block out the light; however, they filter light at best. I folded the layers in half and the light still shines like we turned on a dim night light. I bought them because we have a yellow street lamp at the end of our yard (it's as bright as a full moon) and it shines into my boy's bedroom, but they don't block the light. As I said, they filter the light. If I had searched for it I would have given it a much higher score. The only other issue I've encountered is that it's quite difficult to keep the shadow in place at the top and sides of the arch. It took maneuverability and double-sided tape, but I left them.
