Recently bought for my niece. She uses it every night when she visits her dads and uses it to relieve stress or frustration. Her parents are divorced and she is going through a very difficult time. I remember when I was young my aunt bought me and my brother boxing gloves and we loved them. She's an only child so I thought it would be great to keep her in the garage with her gym gear. Sometimes she gets upset and hits her dad, which she's not allowed to do... (obviously) it was a MUCH healthier way for her to express her frustration at why she's feeling down and says it makes her feel so much better feels. This is also great exercise.
