Hard plastic that shatters into pieces!
This item was given to my 8 year old son for Christmas. It fell apart 5 minutes after opening the package. Very disappointed with this product. When he tried to remove the harness/tool from the hook, the hook broke and broke into 3 pieces! It is plastic, very brittle and inflexible. The items on the hook are the same. It is unsafe for children to play with as the ends of the tools break off easily.
