I like how easy it is to access all of my clients information in one place, as well as their contact info. It's not always intuitive at first but once you get used to it, everything works smoothly. Sometimes there are glitches where certain parts don't load correctly or sometimes when trying to add new contacts to an existing client it will say "this person already exists" even though they do not. Make sure you have someone who knows what they're doing helping you set this up if needed because it does take some time to learn how to navigate through the system. We've been able to keep track of our entire business in one place which has helped us tremendously!
