I like how easy it is to set things up as well as add new contacts or events. It’s very intuitive, so not much for me to dislike about this software. We have been using this product since before we started our business (we are still in startup phase). I like how easy it is to get started using this, as well as all of its features! It's not overly complicated or difficult for new users either - just give it some time (a few days at least) before you start getting overwhelmed by too many options/features. I like how easy it is to access all of my clients information in one place, as well as their contact info. It's not always intuitive at first but once you get used to it, everything works smoothly. Sometimes there are glitches where certain parts don't load correctly or sometimes when trying to add new contacts to an existing client it will say "this person already exists" even though they do not.
