I like how easy it is to set things up as well as add new contacts or events. It’s very intuitive, so not much for me to dislike about this software. We have been using this product since before we started our business (we are still in startup phase). The only thing I would say is that when there are multiple people involved in a project they all cannot see each other's information at once. This makes collaboration difficult sometimes. Also, if one person takes over leadership of an event or contact and no longer needs access then the previous leader has trouble transferring their ownership back into their account.
