Review on 🔪 Victorinox VN40605 Fixed Blade Knife for Hunting, Camping & Outdoor Activities by Jeff Jordan

My brother gave me this knife after a trip to Switzerland and I've used it so many times it's worn out. Since he didn't go to Switzerland anymore, I was happy to find him here on Revain. I use this knife for EVERYTHING - fruit, veggies, meat, cheese, nuts, dicing, chopping, slicing, peeling. It's lightweight and the serrated blade with sheep's paw tip makes it the most useful tool in my kitchen. Everyone who comes to my house and uses it asks where I got it, so I bought a lot to give away. They wear out over time, but they're cheap enough to buy several at once and take up little room in my drawer. Celebrity chefs like Rachel Ray popularized classic chef's knives, but I've yet to find a knife sharp enough to peel apples like this Victorinox. If you don't find this knife as useful as I do, I'll be very surprised.
