. I live here in South Florida and this summer the heat and humidity is terrible. I needed to find a good electrolyte drink and someone suggested I try TriFuel. OMG, when I first drank it before a long run I felt a huge difference. My energy stayed strong even in the heat of the 80's and almost 100% humidity! And the recovery was amazing as the next morning I had to walk again for a long time! So far I've only been running 60 miles a week and there's still a long way to go before I hit 100 miles.
