Review on Chevrolet Silverado Tailgate Inserts: 3D Raised Letters with Strong Adhesive Decals by Justin Jeppi

First, it was about half the size as advertised on the website. I bought a turbo badge that was described as 5.9 inches by 1.2 inches. It is actually 3.7 x 0.5 inches. Second, the tape is a single rectangle, and if you don't want the black tape showing around the badge, you'll need to separate the outlines of the letters in Turbo from the rest of the tape. It's messy, stretching the letters and playing around with both sides of the tape a lot. As a result, the tape does not adhere well to either the badge or the car. Finally, the metal is hollow, so you must press the stretched adhesive letters into the metal, resulting in better tape handling and minimal adhesive contact with both the metal and the car. The end result was poor adhesion and a visible black band around the edges of the turbo word. It didn't look good and I doubt it would have survived a car wash. I removed it and sent it back.
