Review on Silicon Handled STAUB by Mufti Carter

In case you're wondering, NO, it's not on the Staub/Gemini website. I do not know why. YES, their packaging I just opened says they are made specifically for the following: Staub Hexagon Pans, Round Pure Grills and Staub Pans (0.37cm/14.5"). They are also said to withstand temperatures of up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit for short periods of time. It is NOT intended for use in an oven (picture of an oven with a red cross). It fits perfectly on my new Staub wok and I am confident that these silicone handles will work well when my wok gets hot and I cook with it. for accidentally touching a hot pan through the handles to quickly remove the pan from the heat. Also, expect it to come via DHL for shipping from Poland, via England and then to the US mainland. Arrived fairly quickly with progress on their website. I don't understand why the Zwilling/Staub website doesn't offer them. You should IMO. This is a Staub/French product perfect for round, semi-round enamel buttons over 6 Qt cast iron buttons.
