Great idea + bad design = deathtrap
I love the size and look of this thing. BUT . holes on the side of the device. large enough for fish to easily enter the device. right next to the heating element. I saw it and didn't even connect it. And the box was badly dented. "Do not use if box is damaged" is clearly marked on the front of the box
