I bought this welding hood for on the job maintenance. Advantages. It's really easy and affordable thanks to the auto dimming button on the outside! I prefer this to internal control because it makes the transition from grinding to welding much easier, and I work in a quarry so it's not a very clean environment. This will help prevent unwanted dirt or grime from getting into your hood! Great feature. Cons: Small viewing slot, but that's all I have to complain about.
