Review on 🍳 Lodge Skillet 10.25" Dual Handle Pan: Efficient Cooking Essential by Kendro Givens

I ordered a 10-1/4" pan but received a 12" pan. It wouldn't be a problem but I wanted it for the stove in my RV and the 12" size is a bit bigger than I would have liked. I wanted to return it for a replacement but saw it was out of stock. So I was debating whether to keep it or not. A friend mentioned that he would like one for Christmas so my decision was made for me. As for the skillet, that's Lodge. The castings are a little rough if you're used to antique cast iron, but they're very strong and retain heat very well. Their pre-aging is helpful and you can use them as a good base to further flavor them to your liking. The handles are big enough to hold with oven mitts and the sides are high enough to hold food while stirring and making copious amounts of cornbread, good roasts or stews. All in all it's a solid piece, just wish I could get the right one.
