Review on Mercer Culinary Genesis Forged Flexible Kitchen & Dining by Lisa Zulo

According to my experience this knife has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen collection .The blade is sharp and flexible, allowing me to easily slice through meats and vegetables. It is also comfortable to hold and has a great balance. The only downside is that it needs TO be sharpened frequently, but that is to be expected with any high-quality knife.
