Review on 🔧 Gates DriveAlign 38188 - Advanced Automatic Belt Drive Tensioner by Robert Wood

I installed this on a 2003 SVT Focus along with a new Gates belt (K060837) and Gates idler pulley (36200). This part was the exact right fit for the OEM idler that was removed. It does a good job of maintaining proper belt tension as I haven't had any issues with belt slippage (too loose) or belt/pulley noise (too tight). I have driven 1000 km with this part since it was installed and I am satisfied with my purchase. As a side note the part in the Revain photo is all blue but mine didn't look like it (luckily!), it was a silver colored metal base with a black pulley like the original tensioner.
