I have been trusting wholesale dietary supplements for a few years and I have never been disappointed. I found that this particular one increases the so-called "pump" during strength training and decreases recovery time. I lift weights year-round, and I also bike, run, and hike March through December. I ski a lot from December to March. In spring/fall I often devote about 2 hours a day to training and I'm not 19 anymore, I see a difference in recovery from pure L-arginine a-ketoglutarate. I used to only take arginine but I find this to be more conducive to recovery. As an added plus, unlike pure arginine, it doesn't taste bad - not a big deal to me, but definitely a small plus. I usually buy bulk supplements as they offer the best value for money I can find. Here, of course, you have to pay attention to the correct dosage, but this is easily possible with the appropriate measuring spoons - I don't use exact scales - based on the information on the package. I resent the company offering me the product for free, but it didn't influence my opinion or review (just motivated me to spend 5 minutes writing it).
