A set of hex bits helps with many tasks. I used an M6 hex bit and it broke. I contacted Lexivon with the information I needed and they sent me a replacement bit. It's nice to know that they stand behind their product and their guarantee. Please note that the requested serial number was not found on the box itself but on the paper bag it came in. You should register your product and write down the serial number somewhere as it will be needed to process a warranty claim. It seems strange that the serial number is on the disposable paper packaging and not on the case that contains the bits.
