3 stars for an inaccurate picture for an item with 5 thread adapters.
As you can see from my attached picture the unit comes with (3) 1/2" to 3/4" threaded adapters and (4) 3/4" Supplied with plugs, that's it nonetheless a well made unit which is easy to install.
