I love how easy it was to use! The website itself has great features that are simple for anyone who isn't tech savy or familiar with computers in general (I'm not).

When you have an issue, they respond quickly by emailing back within 24-48 hours most of time!! There were some minor bugs during initial set up but nothing major at this point - just something we had overlooked when signing into our account online vs logging off locally which caused issues initially until corrected via their support team :) Great feature platform if looking/wanting one place where everything can be uploaded & stored all together from multiple sources such as social media platforms etc., then searchable later using tags / keywords! We primarily upload photos so there's no way around having them organized first before uploading other items like recipes since most do come through facebook posts already saved under.
