I would like some feedback or a solution regarding the product and its connections to the wire harness. Before purchasing this product, I read all the comments and the section where consumers asked questions. One of the questions to all of you was "Do I need to buy extra wiring harness plugs” and the answer was "no”, the unit already comes with a wiring harness that matches the car's wiring It came out in a couple of hours. The item arrived on time and was well packaged with no damage. Again, I can't tell if any internals show up until the power is turned on, but I can't because the wires don't. I've attached two photos of what I was dealing with, how can we fix this problem?
