On January 27, 2021 my wife bought a new 2020 Bolt EV. We used the 120 volt charger that came with the car for a few weeks. Because it took so long for my son to charge after my son drove 120 miles to work he was only able to ride it every other day. I installed a 240 volt 50 amp outlet on the wall of our shed and we started (and continue to) use the LEFANEV Level 2 32 amp EV Charger. We've been using it for over a month now and it has worked flawlessly, charging the charger up the Bolt after a 120 mile ride in about 5 hours (weather permitting as the Bolt uses more energy to heat in the colder months). We love the information the LEFANEV 32 Amp EV Charger Level 2 gives us: voltage, power consumption, kWh consumption and time it takes to provide power. (It also shows the temperature, but we're not sure what the temperature is. My son thinks it's the battery, but I have my doubts.) We just plug the Bolt in when we get it home park and leave it plugged in. until next time we go.
