From a very well packed package I found all the yellow pieces at one end of the black ribbons. So, I have plenty of patients for the assignment, but if you don't have any, try to find an agility trainer who is already placed. When I put it together I first found some cardboard and cut it out to measure the 15" gaps. Arranging the yellow pieces was pretty easy. By being careful I managed not to mix it all up. Once the yellow parts are there you are good to go. I left the cardboard used for the measurement at one end for "wrapping" which works very well once the exercise is complete. Luckily there are latches, buy another one and lengthen it It could be more functional if it were longer but that's not a minus because it isn't!Durability?You get what you pay for but I think it might suit my purpose as I wear it for extra cardio the deck, not for a pro soccer player! :)
